Differentially expressed genes (DEGs) for Alzheimer's disease measurements and AD*sex interaction. DEGs are aggregated into tables by cell type. Results are included for all major cell type groups (Ast, Inh, Exc, Mic, CAM, T cell, Opc, Oli, vascular subtypes) and for excitatory neuron subtypes. Tsv table columns include: gene - HGNC gene symbol path - AD variable used for DEG analysis region - Which of the regions the DEG analysis is run on (or all regions jointly) col_nm - Final call on DEG status. Only genes where both Nebula and MAST are significant + in the same direction are labeled as DEGs. 0: Not significant, 1: Down-regulated, 2: Up-regulated. log10p_nm - Sum of the log10p-values from Nebula and MAST. logFC_nb - Nebula logFC coef_mast - MAST coefficient Please contact authors if you need the raw DEG results from either method. For the AD*sex interaction, all results are collated. The interaction model is between pathology diagnosis of AD (nrad) and sex (msex, where 0: F and 1: M). Table columns include: gene, path, region - as above, but "path" is only msex for these results. logFC_nradAD_nb, logFC_msex:nradAD_nb - logFC for Nebula for msex:0+AD (nradAD) and msex:1+AD (msex:nradAD) coef_nradAD_mast, coef_msex:nradAD_mast - coefficients for MAST both interactions log10p_nradAD_nm, log10p_msex:nradAD_nm - Sum of log10 p-values from MAST and Nebula for both interactions col_nradAD_nm, col_msex:nradAD_nm - DEG calls for both interactions, as above.
